Abstract: in questo post descriviamo l'applicazione dello spettrometro e del software Spectragryph nelle misure di riflettometria di film sottili. La luce riflessa dalle pellicole sottili, in determinate condizioni, presenta il fenomeno della interferenza. Questo fenomeno fisico può essere utilizzato per studiare le proprietà ottiche del film sottile e per misurare il suo spessore. 

Abstract: in this post we describe the application of the spectrometer and the Spectragryph software in the reflectometry measurements of thin films. The light reflected by thin films, under certain conditions, presents the phenomenon of interference. This physical phenomenon can be used to study the optical properties of the thin film and to measure its thickness.
